Shipping is done through the United States Postal Service. All domestic orders (orders within the U.S.) is Free via the USPS Priority Mail method. Overnight shipping is available via the USPS Express Mail method. Overnight shipping is a flat rate of $19.95. Overnight shipping is not guaranteed by the USPS. The USPS Express Mail method may take up to 2 business days for delivery depending on the location of the shipping destination. We do not offer refunds for the overnight shipping charge if the received by the second business day. All overnight orders MUST be submitted before 1 P.M. EST to ensure the order is shipping same day. Business days are Monday through Friday and non-government oberserved holidays. If an order is placed on the weekend it will ship the next business day.

International Orders

Customers are responsible for any additional customs fee. It is $24.95 to ship to all international addresses and the method used is USPS Global Express Mail (5-7 Days).

1. If your order is to be shipped outside USA, the standard shipping charge for all international orders (destinations outside USA) is $24.95 and the delivery time varies between 5-7 business days depending on the shipping destination.

2. Do not order items that are illegal to import into your country. Laws vary from country to country. It is your responsibility to check with your Customs office to see if your country permits the import of our products. Generally speaking, we have never encountered problems with customs when shipping to most countries worldwide.

3. If the package is seized by Customs for any reason and returned back to us, we will issue you a refund, less the shipping costs. If it is not returned back to us, we can not issue you a refund. Most orders held by customs is for the purpose of charging import duties and Customs fees. If you are not sure, please contact the Customs Office in your country before ordering, as we are not responsible for such charges.

4. Prepayment is required. Payment must be by credit card, US or International Money Order, or personal check drawn on a US bank. *All checks and money orders must include a contact phone number. Orders paid by a personal check will not ship until the check clears.
